But, yeah you should check your diet. I did my way to 5% with no gears, just natural, hitting cardio and weight, eating well. Take lots of will but yeh, its the safest way to get there and as far the better.

Actually you would be surprised by what you read. There are too many trainers out there the give out piss poor diets. Diet and Cardio!!
What are your stats?
Steriods are not magic, they don't work without a proper diet and workout

Do some work on your diet. I don't care how muscular you are, at 5 foot 8 your a fat ass. Don't fool yourself. I would be willing to bet you are around 40% body fat.

At no time have I argued, I am trying to ask questions, upon answering those questions you get answer from me. Failing to answer those question means we can not give proper advice.

I don't think he is really following anything such as a low cal diet or anything. Are you wanting someone to write you a diet?

I'm not gonna come down on ya for wanting to speed along the weight and fat loss...I was very heavy at one time..and I used gear in my efforts to drop the weight. Then again I was very dedicated to my workouts and cardio...but three months isn't enough..my concern is that you use juice and then lose interest in training..then you'll be really f#cked.

Lower calories and increase frequency of exercises. Lose the fat first, juice your way to the top later. It will be much faster than trying to do both at the same time. Forget the muscle mass and train as much as you can as often as you can, eat raw foods only. If you REALLY push yourself, you will be skinny in 3 more months. Then you can juice and in 3 more months you will look amazing.

lol maybe this will help you out
since u think steroids will help you THEY WONT, just thought id make that clear to you so u stop thinking that by taking steroids u will loose weight
sorry buit steroids dont work like that, if you check it up their actually designed to help people with anemia GAIN weight, so by taking steroids ur not going to drop bodyfat like you think u are
as marcus said diet is the thing thats going to help you, dont think by taking steroids youll drop bodyfat, sorry but doesnt work like that

No a diet is ALL you need
If you want help then listen to what is being said
Are you one of these guys if you are drowning and someone throws you a life ring you wont take it because you are waiting for something better? You arent going to find it.
Diet is 100% all you need. Im 5'8", 2 years ago I was 210 lbs and I lost it ALL from learning how to eat 6+ meals a day. I dont eat less, now I eat even more than before it's it's dam hard to gain weight.
I went from 210 lbs - 165 in under 6 months with only minimal gym time. Then I wanted to gain the muscle so I learned how to really work out and you can see my profile pics.
What you need is to stop looking for a magic pill, you will NEVER find it. It's about diet (learning what to eat and when to eat it) learning to live healthy and working out. A couple months is NOTHING. I have been in the gym 5x a week for 1 1/2 years + It's a life style, not a fad.
Since you already have high BF if you take steroids now you will blow up even more with water weight and look worse than now. If you try to take something to try to burn fat you risk heart attack. You are in the prime of your life, take advantage of it and get off your fat ass and in the gym and most important learn to eat.Last edited by lovbyts; 12-15-2009 at 04:41 AM.

dude right now you are carrying around 100lbs of body fat. these guys aren't holding out on you, you need to first off see a doctor and get your cholesterol checked, cause if you been doing your research you know going on will lower your good, and up your bad, and in your case that could be extremely bad, the sudden increase to solid muscle mass could too much of a strain on your heart, once again could be very bad. and i hate to tell you this but steroids don't burn fat, they increase muscle mass. there is no magic pill or shot even on, you still have to bust your ass. if you are not willing to work out hard enough to drop to 20% bf then taking roids and sitting on the couch wont do you any good

Very true. i do not know why this happens, but maybe it is because your fat cells become more sensitive to the hormone which causes them to releases their lipids into the bloodstream? Maybe your body just changes its hormonal balance and produces more of this hormone? Idk, but I definately noticed it is much harder to gain fat after I burned it all off.
