Lol Zoloft blows, I been on it for 5 months doesn't do shit besides make it impossible for you to orgasm during sex and fvck with your erections.
I mean I am not trying to brag, but before Zoloft I never came during sex, blowjobs, handjobs, whatever. After Zoloft it was even worse like I wasn't even close to cumming and only came once or twice from a handjob and that was after like an hour of the girl jacking it like her life depended on it
So the best thing I can tell you is to face the hell that is to come, I was in your shoes and went into a cruise and blast type regimen and its the worst decision ever not only do your gains just get cut into half cuz your body gets used to synthetic hormones, you can never get off or else you will have nothing to support your body.
The idea sounded good on paper, but in action it sucked.

Oh... and to the OP, sorry buddy. Get off properly. You think your depression sucks now? Think of how it'll be if you muck your body up for life.
Get off... PCT... STAY FOCUSED and in the gym and you will be fine! Start a count down calender till your next cycle.

like everyone else said, Stay focused! Take your PCTS , DONT STOP EATING!! Good food! drink plenty of water. And DO NOT turn to POT , alchohol or any other drug. Itll **** you harder!
Using steroids requires a strong MIND. , not just the body. I know you can overcome this because you passed the first step and understand that depression is occuring. Do things that make you happy , outside , videogames, whatever.

You need to be mentally prepared before starting a cycle. So many people just jump into a cycle without preparing your mind for the possibility of side effects or whats gonna happen when you come off.

This is why I recommend less = more .
The way to get past this is style of workouts and mindset .
When cycling you do low reps and heavy weights ( 4 to 8 reps )
When you are in pct , You are doing 8 to 12 reps . goal is 8 reps but add weight at 12 to bring to 8 . Last set to failure the cut weight 50 % and do to failure again . You wanna be exhausted when you leave gym and not have AAS any where in your thoughts .
You have to picture yourself on the road to desired self .
You have been bulking up and now you need to cut what you have made .
Make cardio your friend .
Hell ! just think sooner you rap up this pct is sooner you can count down to next cycle .
The test isn't the cycle but time off .
Good luck

I responded better to the jackin in terms of ejaculation, she could sit and suck my dick all day and it would feel really good but I wouldnt get off.
Trust me, I am an alien I can last forever and its usually not under my control, it deals with using hormones below the acceptable age and jacking off too much when I was a wee lad to the point my body can handle any level of stimulation without orgasming.

I use aromasin to help with my estrogen levels, which is what usually causes me to fell depressed during PCT. I tried using a lower amount this post cycle and sure enough I was feeling like shti. Then I upped the dose and I was good with in a few days. I use an AI on cycle and definetly during PCT.

^that was gonna be my question. were you using an AI on cycle? any 19nors in the cycle?
depression is a real side effect of discontinuing use. if your not healthy enough to deal with it mentally then i would highly recommend you do no further cycles until you can get it under control.
have you tried an herbal support supps? such as 5-HTP or st. johns wort?

No .
The idea of increasing reps so your not thinking of decreased strength .
Depending on cycle , when you stop you have some definition you didn't have previously from water retention .
There is no special post cycle work out. But if continue with same routine as you did with a big stack your gonna be disappointed .

Heh...I am in the exact same position right now. I'm bipolar and currently in the first week of PCT. Tell you the truth it sucks, hard. I'm glad I don't have a unipolar depression, since I can still count of my highs as tad bit to bring me up. To make things worse, the Clomid is turning me into a little b!tch lol. Never have I had such feelings about something that makes no difference to this world than on Clomid...
But all in all I generally feel a few 'levels' lower than normal. The whole mood system is lowered a couple of notches.
If you want to succeed, and you can if you try, stay away from alcohol and weed, since both of those are depressants. By that I mean don't even think about it.
Keep hitting up the gym, maybe go for a quick run. Do things that generally make you feel good and you enjoy. For the rest...just keep focused like how everyone else said it. You can also try all B Vitamins and maybe Vitamin C for a little boost. Trust me, they're just a few vitamins but they do make a tremendous difference.
Wish you luck.

If you have problems with depression...so much so that you are scared to stop using AAs then you shouldnt be using them in the first place
...this is one of the most overlooked problems with AAS, and when it goes bad makes the use of these substances look extremely bad
please use responsibly, if this is not possible please dont use at all!

stay strong dude. just be careful. SSRI's aren't always the answer to depression and they take many (6-8) WEEKS before they take effect. The reason why they take so long is because they cause *structural changes* to receptors.
seratonin being a neuromodulator itself, means that it takes many weeks ONCE the receptor is changed and increased levels exist at the synapse that it can exert its secondary effects on other neurotransmitters to ultimately exert its antidepressant effect.
