4rth cycle critique?
hows this look...
Goal:
Mostly cosmetic LBM...preparing for spring photo shoot and the beach!
Cycle:
wk 1-6 Test P 150mg EOD
wk 1-6 Tren A 150mg EOD
wk 4-8 Win 70mg ED
PCT:
wk 1-4 20mg Nolva ED
wk 1-3 100mg Clomid ED
Stats:
25yrs
6'2
205 lbs
10-13% BF
Work out:
Mon-Chest/tri/abs
Tues-Back/light bicep/cardio
Wed-shldrs/legs/abs
Fri- Bicep/ light chest/light tricep/cardio
Diet:
Meal 1: 4 eggs, oatmeal
(Snack 1)
Meal 2: veggies, 2 Chicken breasts/ 2 cans of tuna
(lift)
PWO: Whey protien shake + half banana
Meal 3: brown rice, veggies, 2 Chicken breasts/steak/fish/lean ground beef
(Snack 2)
Meal 4: veggies, 2 Chicken breasts/steak/fish/lean ground beef
(Snack 3)
Meal 5: pinneapple + cottage chease/ peanut butter + apples/ lean cuisine
Bed: Casein Protien shake
*Snacks consist of...almonds, power bars, peanut butter, cottage chease, fruit, salad, rice cakes, lean cuisine
*Some meals are interchangeable and I sometimes throw in sushi or chicken ceasar salad
* Yes I know diet is not totally dialed in but Im a total ectomorph (sp?), when im not training hard core i can eat anything I want and stay lean
Experience:
1st:
Var only
2nd: 4
wk 1-4 40mg Dbol ED
wk 1-12 Test E 400mg wk
wk 12-14 Var
3rd:
wk 1-4 50mg Dbol ED
wk 1-12 Test sust 500mg wk
wk 8-14 Mast 400 mgs wk
*PCT for 2nd + 3rd cycle were similar to the one proposed for this cycle..

Oh, and your diet can us a little work

I'd pin the tren ed.
And if you are pinning the tren ed, then do the prop also.
Break up the gear for a stable level in your system.
PCT needs to be tweaked.IMO
Cycle is short, like Rana has pointed out.
I'd add a couple of weeks to the test, at least.

lol yeah maybe thats not that much of a cosmetic cycle...maybe I will drop the tren and extend the test to 8wks and finish up with some Clen 2wks on 2wks off 2wks on (I have also used clen in the past)...the goal is not to put on a shit load of muscle but to chizzle up some and get some more definition!
6 wks is short but what happened to the 6wks prop/tren a/mast cycles that everyone used to run??? or atleast it seemed like everyone used to run those...
Yeah I know the diet isnt perfect but im telling you im at 10% bf when I eat pizza, soda, burgers basically nothing but crap...I started training when I was 6'2 165 lbs... LOL I am skinny!
*Also I would likely move the cardio to mornings for 30min during this cycle and would run 3 or 4 times a week

If you were to make adjustments to that diet to ensure a real cut look...what would you guys suggest???
diet and cardio = great abs = goal of mine

Tren will cut you up. You can allow yourself to eat more. Do test 1-2 weeks past tren. I would recommend
1-6 350mg tren a
1-8 525mg test p
4-8 75mg win
9-12 nolva/clom pct.

id up the test to 8-10 weeks, do tren for 6-8 weeks...also pin ed instead of eod when your on tren
