Interested but cautious got a Q about sides
So, this is interesting to me, but I'm definitely not wanting to have any long term sides from anything.
So from what I'm reading, Test is a good starter, and I was going to start with a very low dosage 250mg just to get used to everything and feel more comfortable for a medium length cycle... I'm also somewhat of a light weight so expect any amounts to be more pronounced in me... And will definitely have some emergency stuff handy in case i experience any sides, but... now for the Q:
So I'm already going through some form of hair loss, i dont know how u categorize it, but it's very thin and noticeable in the back and in the front on the sides where it's receding... And I DEFINITELY dont want to get bitch tits...
So is there something or some things I can take with test to make sure or help make sure neither side effect becomes apparent? The other sides dont really bother me as much, as long as they dont stay... like I dont worry about ED that much if it's not going to be a permanent thing...
I read Propecia would be good for the hair loss, but can actually increase my likelihood for gyno because the test that normally converts to DHT DOESNT meaning you have a higher effective TEST amount in your system... and if i'm supplementing that then i'd be afraid I'd get tits...
Of course, this is all not real... I'm actually talking for a friend, and he wouldn't really do this anyway. It's more of a hypothetically speaking thing.

6 years off and on...
my big thing in the past has been diet, i used to eat 1 meal a day and gorge on it... not really the most optimal method to get big...
I am naturally about 130 lbs and have a hard time packing on the pounds...
but have changed some habits and am working with a (natural) trainer now and am getting 4 to 5 meals a day, doing high intensity work outs, taking vitamins, flaxseed, glutamine, protein powder, n creatine...
I've been on this forum about two weeks now reading n finally created an account today.

oh yeah, have no problem with doing injections i dnt think, may be a little weirded out the first couple times, but seems to be the safest n cheapest method esp if u can convert the powder... seriously wonder if my test count is naturally low it would make sense being so tiny... need to try and see if i can test that

Keep training naturally for a couple more years. You can definitely do better.

My lack of progress aside... if i were worried about the possible effects if i were to go through some kind of HRT or something to increase test (because I seriously wonder if I'm just low...) what would be the best combination to mitigate the chances of gyno or extra hair loss? If a doctor were to prescribe would he/she not also prescribe something to counter possible sides?

Suggestion:
1) get a blood test for natty test, and a basic lipid panel.
2) can you post your diet in the diet section?
Let's get that information first.

Just posted diet
Sorry for the delay... not the best diet in the world, but I'm going from 1 meal a day basically to trying to get some calories without really knowing much about cooking
I've been working on a house gutting it from the inside out, work outs haven't suffered but haven't had a lot of time to research as much as I'd like to have.
