Sometimes they are bro. I'm sure you've done you share of injections. I have a red mark right now on my tricep. It happens once in a while. I prefer delts.

So many of you guys shoot quads. All three times i have hit quads, the pain has been ridiculous and i've sworn i will never hit them again. I literally limp for several days after. What causes this, the compound i'm injecting, the number of nerves in the quad? How do you inject your quad without the discomfort following? I'm all ears.

Glutes are my fav, never any dramas.

The same thing happened to me. Try a 25g 1in pin and go down low on your quad. The bottom outter part. I also do this standing as oppose ti sitting down which I used to do.

But I rarely see marks after I've injected with my usual 23g pin. I've injected quite a bit, and the only marks I've ever seen were from clotting if I bled. When it clots it just looks like a pimple, and no one would even think twice about it.

I guess I could have qualified that answer somewhat....
