? about shot

I am on a cycle of enathate, I was taking a 1cc shot twice a week. About 2 weeks ago I was giving myself a shot and about 2 days later there was a knot appeared where I give myself a shot. It was a little sore and warm to the touch. No infection. Now the knot has gone down a little not warm and not sore. Has anyone experience this before? And what do you think it is from?

i had the same problem on occasions bro.. not sure.. i just ran with it.. by rotating injection sites i never injected into a sore muscle or a spot that was still irritated.
