pct for test e

i just wanna make sure of the pct start time for a 12 week test e cycle.

i tried searching but the computer im on at work does not have enough memory and gets a fatal error

im gonna run my pct like this
clomid 50/50/50/50
nolva 20/20/20/20/20/20

just wanted to know exactly when to start it. is it 3 weeks after last shot?

2 weeks after your last shot because it has about a 14 day life span.

I am pretty sure the life span is "fixed" at 14days with Test E. So 14 days should be good to go.

Your pct needs to be straightened out:

Clomid =100/50/50/50

Nolva= 40/20/20/20

In actuality, the 14 days is not really just the active life, it is the pct time.

It stays in your system detectable for awhile, just not enough to build muscle with.

Though PCT is extremely subjective, I actually preferred the OP's intended PCT (though I'd cut the Nolva down to 4-5 weeks). 100mg of Clomid can cause some sides, whereas 50mg doesn't for me. And recent studies have shown that 20mg of Nolva is just as effective as 40, but again with less sides and toxicity.

OP: the active life of a steroid varies by user based on hormone metabolism. I do 12 days after test E just to be on the safe side (what's a few days of possibly wasted SERMs?)

best advice i ever got about pct is to take te LEAST amount of compounds with the LEAST amount of dosages to get exactly what is needed to repair what what done on cycle.....good protocol i like is this

nolva
40/40/20/20
clomid
100/50/50/50

another good one is this

but with just a test e cycle, i dont think the second protocol is necessary

nah im gonna go with this way. sorry T i know youre very knowledgable but swifto had a very good post with articles and test to prove this way just as/if not more effective.
