There is such thing as cutting steroids .

But you should not use steroids to cut or bulk at your age.

At 5'11 195lbs, its not like your obease, or even over weight. A few months good diet & training could sort the weight your wanting to loose out.

Go to the workout section & the diet section.

Hard training and diet, you came to the right place, first read up on your diet theres some good *nooby* threads (no offence intended) you should be able to work out how many calories you need to consume etc

then start in the workout section, look at diet first, whats point in working out and eating shit?

The harder you work the more you will achieve

Alot of people would not recommended using steroids at such a young age, but your the only one who can make that decision, i would however recommended reading up on them before you decide

Diet and Cardio of at least an hour a day 5 to 6 days a week, and the weight will come right off.

I find a keto diet is a great way to lose fat raipdo. Its hard work and takes some serious discipline and therefore not for all - but it may be a quick way to lose excess fat quickly and then start the gym and cardio.

Diet is paramount and far more efficient at losing weight than unnecessary hours on the treadmill each day where you could pick up an injury.

Don't make the mistake I have made in the past and reduce your calories back to a stupidly low level and hammer the running machine and not burn yourself out.

sure if you want, but we got a pretty good understanding from your original post.

No one will reccommed any type of steroids to you at your age, but I will say, I've tried a variation of keto diet and had good success with it as well.

Go post in the diet forum, and post up a pic with your face edited out if you want.
