VITAMINS DAILY ZMA/VIT-C-B-E/MULTIVITS/10MG FISH OIL WK 1- 19
SUPPLEMENTS CREATINE/BCAA/GLUTAMINE/CLA/HMB WK 1- 19
WATER 4-6 LITRES DAILY

PCT COMMENCING 2 WEEKS AFTER LAST INJECTION
CLOMID 100/100/50/50/50 WK 14-18
NOLVA 40/40/20/20/20 WK 14-18
ADEX ON HAND THROUGHOUT CYCLE.

OTHER THINGS I NEED TO KNOW:
WHERE TO INJECT HCG AND WHAT DAYS IF INJECTING TEST E ON MONDAY MORNING AND THURSDAY EVENING???

Looks fine to me.

Worried about your liver much? I would just take the milk thistle or the Liv52 after you discontinue the oral.

You can inject HCG IM or sub-q. So, pick one.

BF%: Never measured dont know how to! guessing 25% but wont cycle until body fat is below 15%.
DIET: as above
TRAINING: as above
PREVIOUS CYCLES: none
GOALS: to become a trojan, not interested in competing; it's for my selfishness

Well the cycle looks good, just get that body fat down before you start.

You can inject HCG either intra-muscularly (IM) or subcutaneously (sub-q).

Might want to keep reading up on injection protocols while you working on lowering that body fat.....

That was next on my list, reading up on how to inject... Last thing i wanna do is have the cycle right and end up injecting into my heart....

I will get body fat down, not planning on starting for a couple of months yet still researching stuff but thanks for your input bruv
