    Joining the military in june

I use to work out when i was younger 17-20 years old. I did 2 cycles of injections at 18 years old with a 3 month rest in between, total weight 175 lbs ( gained 25-30 lbs). I did a deca , and a primoteston. Now i am 29 years old 5'11, 205 lbs. Approx 10-12% body fat, working out 5 days a week 2 hours per day, with a diet that is 80% good, with some rye and gingerale and red wine on the weekends. I just recently bought some crap off the roid store for a cut cycle, win , cel , and tri, i beleive and some crap off ebay too biosterol. If i took all four 3 times a day would i get some good results.???? I know there all just supliments, but how close are they to the actual oral stuff. Any suggestions on work out programs too. Thanks.
    James

What branch of the military are you joining?

Honestly, if I were you, I'd just focus on running, push ups, running, pull ups, dips, running, sit ups, and running.

I'm telling you, you don't need AAS or any supplements other than BCAA's, and whey.

think about it: do you need the strength gains that you'll get from AAS in basic? No. you'll need endurance. You'd be in a much better position when you enter, if you started training for endurance now.

jesus, shouldve just saved your money. Anything from the *********, ebay, or sdi-labs please steer clear of. total nonsense and waste of money.

I think your conditioning and a solid diet would be the best. Congrats on joining man, my brother graduated parris island last year. semper fi!

IMHO, I found that having some more strength and mass (as long as you can make weight/tape) help with humping around a ruck, radio, M240, etc. The skinny little rabbits that can run well always had their dicks broke off on a hard ruck

D7M nailed it , im army infantry, its all about the run. Army infantry is all about running to contact dude. If you can road march 25km with your ruck on, then assault a obstacle course your good to go. And if your going active duty its very common to do 6 - 8 mile runs.
