Can people with degree's and chemistry and what not get like special research licenses to be able to legally order and store powders and peptides? Its not like we dont have the stuff over here (usa), doctors can prescribe it. Or do all and AAS and hormones come from overseas?

Short answer is yes...but such compounds would be highly regulated. I work in another scientific field and we often use 100% ethanol for our work. We have to fill out special orders in order to acquire simple alcohol because of the "abusive potential". I would assume that if alcohol is monitored than steroids certainly would be and most likely their precursors as well.
