ive just been looking through the stickys and some posts but cant find any info on clen cycles..could someone please post me a link..
i know it has weird side affects like nervousness etc is it that bad or does it only effect some people like that??

It gives me the shakes I`m on it right now at only 60mcg and I still have it, I have ran upto 150mcg/day and it seems the sides were the same at the low dose. Its tolerable but it can be a pain in the ass sometimes.

i just looked at the clen handbook now..if it comes in 20mcg tabs and i take 2-4 a day not after 4pm
can i just do..
80mcg everyday for 2 weeks and then have 2 weeks off for 12 weeks?
what do you take on the weeks off?
is t3 taurine??

most of my workout will be cardio..running and using a heavy bag so how do i go about that??

No, T3 is not taurine. T3 is a thryroid hormone.
You don't have to take anything in the off weeks, if you don't to.
And you can also take ketotifen at 1mg/day while on clen to upgrade your receptors, and thus stay on the clen for longer than 2 weeks.
Not everyone reacts like that, so the only way to know is start at a low dose and see how you react. Clen has never bothered my cardio performance.

right ok...
so i take my clen for 2 weeks on and off if i dont use ketotifen
and take t3 for??
why do we use t3 with the cycle??
ill do a bit of reasearch on ketotifen and a bit more on clen as i want to try and keep it simple for my first cycle..and i need to sort a proper diet out aswell..

clen is great for weight loss, and it should be all you need to shed some extra pounds, you may want to take some taurine with it.

It's not meth, so you don't have much to worry about with that
the obnoxious side I had was *sweating* I mean, buckets, through my shirt, sweating. I never really had the shakes, and it never bothered me during workouts. It was originally developed as an asthma drug (I'm sure you've read at this point). Being an allergy sufferer damned to live in a region with a 12 month allergy season (only thing about home that I don't love!), clen helps me out.
