After Proper PCT, I have heard anywhere from 2-8weeks before starting back up..Big thing is make sure you don't slack on keeping your diet and training as intense as is was when you were on your bulk, Don't want to loose any gains..I personally would wait to start your cut around mid april, that way you will be winding down with your PCT around late spring early summer..And Diet is gonna control your cut more than gear sometimes, I kno of people running test on a cut with great sucess..Its all about diet, as you probably know

Bro- you can cut whenever you want to. When you get to the point where you are unhappy with your physique, you can start to cut..

Me, I have been bulking for a year and a half. I am going to bulk until I hit 300lbs. Then I will cut. It is all personal preference IMO

    ^Disagree.

I'd definitely wait till after your pct to start cutting. Do a solid pct, keep cals high, and training intense to hold onto those gains, then start cutting.

Well, you can just modify your diet to cut right? I was always under the impression that you could diet and increase cardio at your own desire. I just do not see the point of eating hard, then dieting. I mean- the yo-yo effect on your weight has to be bad for your heart(for those people who bulk and cut 3 times a year)

(Not arguing with you) Obviously I do not know how to cut lol. You can see by my avatar... and the lowest bf% I have ever held in the last 6 years was 15%. I am not an expert at diet and cutting at all, I was just voicing my opinion

    ^lol.

It's cool. All I'm saying is pct is the worst time to cut, imo. You're in a huge hormonal flux, in if you're interested in keeping any gains you made on cycle, the last thing you want to do is add too much cardio, or drop cals at all.

Ive heard that training as hard as you were on cycle can actually hurt your gains... is this true or bs?
also is it good to incorporate more compound lifts (squat, clean and press, deadlift) into your workout when you start PCT? I figured it would help regulate more natural test in your system, but was not completely sure since you have little natural test to begin with when coming off cycle.
