hi guys ; im getting all my gear together for my first cycle inc post , just recieved my sus so now im orderind syringes , am i right in saying i need to order a 5ml syringe , been advised on taking 500mg/ 2ml sus once a week , thanks guys

I would shoot sust at least twice a week, EOD is better.

I would prefer an AI (like arimidex or aromasin ) on cycle if you experience any estrogen related side effects.

Just fyi, you might want to get another vial, or else cut your cycle shorter (which I don't recommend). As it is, you have just enough for 10weeks @500mg/wk, but you'll never be able to get every last drop out of a vial.

Did you miss my other question up there? As well as my recommendation to shoot sust at least twice a week, if not EOD?

No, don't run deca the last half of your cycle. You don't need it for a first cycle.

Yes, 250mg/twice a week, or more preferably shoot it EOD..

Wait, just to be clear, if you're shooting it EOD, only shoot 125mg EOD, if you want 500mg/wk.
