    Ok i can respect that. And i do know that i am out of shape. But i guess i didnt realize that you had to be in awesome shape to start training with steroids . I kinda thought that was what it was for.. but if it will be counter productive i will wait

    Good choice, you need to sort your diet out and design a training program, drop some BF and start building a base, steroids are not for you yet, best of luck

    Ok so train hard for a while.. get on a regular diet and once i have a better base to work with and get a cycle and routine THEN do it?

    look at it this way, if you magically woke up tomorrow with an additional 20lbs of muscle, you would almost certainly have joint and connective tissue problems, your body as a whole is not conditioned for the extra strength and mass. anadrol is notorious for bloat, and bloat+overweight to begin with can be a death sentence in the most extreme cases. steroids are a great tool to help you overcome a plateau when, through proper diet and training, you begin to level off in your gains and goals. they are not at all a tool to be used as a shortcut for proper diet and training, that route will usually end up being another anti-steroid statistic.

    For gods sake here read this and all the atached links provided in the thread ALL the info on how to cycle safely is there read it ALL THEN ask questions.

    So what is a good starter.. after the initial training? I take in adol is pretty extreme?

    This isnt going to happen in the next month, what you need to do will take you a long time so please stop and listen to the advice, forget steroids they are not the answer for someone like you at this stage, go to the diet and training section and sort yourself out, forget gear!!

    See a buddy of mine got huge after NEVER doing any type of research and doing some injestable adol.. i mean he was REALLY naive and did like half a syringe full for 30 days. No "pct" no cycling or anything.. I have seen him lately and he's is big.. He didnt wait years and build a base or any of that.. i understand what you guys are saying and it makes sense.. but y did it work for him? Or do you think it may have done internal damage not yet seen?

    He could REALLY f*** himself. You would regret this level of stupidity when the worst happens.

    Seriously, just clean you diet for 2 weeks and train for 2 weeks, see what you look like. 14 days of dedication can show you a preview of what 2 months would bring.
    Then possibly toss in the adrol (or come back to us) and look at the results.

    (That is dropping 10-15 pds fat, and putting on 5ish pds of muscle)

    Huh? I'm not really following you here...
    OP, you're not anywhere near being ready to use AAS, and even if you were...Anadrol is one of the worst first cycles. Once you do a bit of research you'll understand why.

    u really need to learn more about weight training and nutrition. By the questions you are asking u dont know much about anabolics so it would be a bad idea to mess with them knowing nothing about themand what they will do to your body.
