it depends greatly on diet, water retention, the individual, how aggressive a PCT is run, how lean the gains were, ect. it seems with me the leaner the gains the more i keep. i guess with me its a quality over quantity thing, with me anyway.

I think for most people its the quality over quantity. At least with how much muscle you will keep after pct. Ez come ez go.
