Help with Anavar length and dose

Yes this thread is about Anavar , but no I am not asking about using Anavar only. This is my 3rd cycle. I will be running test and anavar together.

Test E: 12 weeks @ 500mgs/week (250mgs on Mondays and Thursdays)
Anavar: ?

I looked through a number of threads on this forum and the general consensus seems to be run anavar for 8 weeks although a few have said that it wont kick in until week 6-7 so 10-12 weeks would be better. The cost is not an issue so if in fact 10-12 weeks is better I will do that. This brings me to the dosage. Again there are many different opinions. The range seems to be 50mgs-80mgs, but in the threads that said this it was Anavar only. If its stacked with test perhaps the range is different? I also read a good way to figure it out is .2mgs per pound of body weight. I weigh 210 pounds so at .2mgs Im looking at 42mgs daily although that seems kinda low.

Thoughts?
