what injection site is the best for results? I am shooting twice a week once in each shoulder. Some people have a preference, but I am asking if anybody has seen a difference in progress from different areas

I've never really believed in spot injections enhancing a particular muscle group (especially with long esters), primarily because I've never experienced it.

My arse would be the size of a house if it were true.

I didnt mean spot injections, I meant in general. My brother injects in his biceps so they will be bigger for his show in june etc. I am not trying to build one particular area, I just meant in general injection was there a "preferred" spot for better results

Like D7M said, you can't make a body part bigger by injecting your regular gear in that body part. At least that's the general consensus. I tried it in bi's as well, just got a lot of pain.

The glute is supposed to be the best place for gear to be absorbed. Although, I don't think you would ever notice the difference. Inject where it's most comfortable for you.

My understanding is that this is done to create scar tissue and therefor more mass.

No, you don't want additional scar tissue. You want more muscle.

Additional scar tissue can cause abcess if the gear can't properly disperse. And, it makes it difficult to inject into. I can't imagine having enough scar tissue to actually increase the size of the muscle.
