deca to cut?
Ive read up that deca can be used to help cut is that true? and if so what how much should one use? im 5'10 22yrs old 228 at 20% been lifting for many years. Any thoughts?

cut? you mean lean muscle without the bloat?
if so then yes ,keep a very clean diet and use some adex thu our cycle ,am unsure what you mean by cut,do you mean burn fat to trim down? if so then the answer is no.

well i ment that build lean muscle i wana keep my current weight give or take a bit but want to just lower the body percentage. I like being above 200lb never want to really be below

Have you ever cycled before? You don't want to run deca by itself. You're bf is also too high to run AAS. You will open yourself up to estrogen related issues if you cycle when your bf is too high.

no ive never cycled before. what kind of estrogen related ussed can come up?

you can put on lean muscle/cut on just about anything. You get fat when you gorge and don't control your input/output.
While I completely disagree that your body fat is too high (bodybuilders seem to think they are the only ones that can use steroids ... I'd also advise you just diet without the deca . (I've never seen a "just deca" cut cycle, though I've seen them with test. Still I'd just diet without it, because that's obviously the problem.)

I eat REALLY clean and have been for a very long time, i cardio 8 times a week, lift 5, eat 1800 CLEAN cals a day cheat once every 2 weeks, a 60/30/10 protein fats carbs and count all my cals got my thyroid checked and its fine. its just been getting kinda annoying. im thinking about a new training routine of a strongman 5x5 with HIIT training 3 times a week, i was gunna add deca to help out but i guess im being advised not too. my max stats are, 345 bench 400 squat 405 dead, and i if i eat any less cals ill just start to lose muscle..... any other advice?

You dont want to run a deca only cycle!! research (read up on posts and do searches) Not trying be an ass, have you heard of gyno??

To the answer-
Yes you can cut with any steroid , it is solely up to your diet and training program NOT what steroid you take.
Also, you have a long time of research ahead of you which you need to get started on. And also need to cut off that 20%, you will have WAY too many un-needed sides at your BF level.

I read somewhere that a 15% is the highest % body fat to safely use steroids . Their just looking out for you mate. From a load of info i've gathered it's going to cost you a bomb doing it all again.
Up to you like pal. I've mentioned just today where i've rushed in on my third cycle and now i've got a load of tren i can't use yet becasue I was advised i'm not ready. and o reading i'm really not I just looked at teh positives and not teh risks and now i have to source the changes to my cycle which I can't get right now so basically i've just made a C**T of my self lol
ECA Stacks are unreal i think. I got such great results form them years ago and still do. Again i've said this allready today. ECA stripped fat off me with good cardio and seemed to give me more go in teh gym my strength went up noticably over just a couple of months.
Maybe you should try that
