    1st timer

As the title said I'm a first timer looking to get educated. I'm 36 y/o, 215 lbs, 16% body fat. I've been lifting consistantly for about ten years. Although I'm stronger and bigger than I was at 26 I'm no where near where I thought I'd be at 36. I've taken PH's on and off during my ten years, with most success being the andro days. I'd like to shed some fat but mostly want to build quality muscle. I've read a ton of info and think I'm ready for a real cycle, but really don't want to mess up. Also, it's tough to find "experts" where I live and work out. Any advise?

Welcome. As you probably already know, a good diet essential. Check out the profiles, do some reseach, then come back and post up a cycle for the experts to critique. Don't forget PCT.
    Good luck.

Can you list your purposed cyce and let us look at it?

    And your PCT.

This will give me an idea of how much you have read and know.

Then we will take it from there.

    Best

    1st timer cycle

Hey, thanks for the interest. I'd like to run Test E 400mgs for eight weeks, stacked with dianabol for 4 weeks. I'm not sure yet on the PCT, how important is a PCT for a first time mild cycle? Also, I've cleaned up my diet and I'm currently taking in about 200 grams of protein via chicken, beef, beans and some whey.

The PCT is as important as the Cycle itself.

Check out some of the stickied threads at the top of this section.

Also read this. Its a great first timers cycle.

    Test beginner cycle info

Read and learn as much as you can before you consider cycling.

Post a thread in the diet section, of a lay'd out plan of what you eat. From morning to night. They will critique it and give you their thoughts.

That does help! Now I just need to figure out how to not get scammed!
