Anavar only cycle in Australia.
Hey guys ive been thinking about doing my first cycle.
Im Male, 26yo, 177cm, 74Kg, Approx 12% BF.
I have been training on and off for a few years but the last 6months ive been goen 6 days a week and my diet and calorie intake is in check.
I was thinking of trying an Anavar only cycle for my first run because i dont want to get huge but want to cut as much BF as possible and gain alot of strength. Ripped and shredded is my goal and mayb a few more Kgs.
Another reason i think anaver would be a good choice is because of it has hardly any side effects but i am finding it near impossible to get my hands on any, only stuff i can get is Susto 250 .
Do i still need to run PCT with an anavar only cycle?? and is 10weeks too long of a cycle for anavar only?? was thinking 20mg a day for the first week then build it up to 40mg.

but yes you need pct for anavar only cycle
Day 1-18: Clomid @ 100 mgs
Day 1-18: Nolva @ 40 mgs
Day 18-36: Clomid @ 50 mgs
Day 18-36: Nolva @ 20 mgs

Welcome to the forum. Like me, you've found most of the responses you get are from people who seem to have nothing better to do than try and make you feel stupid for asking questions. I guess they were just born knowing everything.

we do have alot of members from australia and yes gear is tougher to get and more expensive there because of the strict customs. as for the cycle, yes you can run anavar by itself and i would run a pct afterwards.

man 20mg of var wont do sh*t. My girl did more than that. Run 100mg ED for 6-8 weeks. Whilst running liver supper (milk thistle herb/powder/pill, can be found on ebay). 10 weeks if pretty long to play with your liver. Follow with a PROPER PCT and your good. Me personally, i would never run var without test. I would see better results on test prop, which is cheaper than var, much cheaper. You wont gain anything without a good diet. Outline your diet for me, as in calories, macros, protein, carbs, fat per day.
Get blood tests before your cycle and after your cycle to make sure your back to normal after PCT.
Also don't be afraid, but your weiner might not work properly during, since your HTPA will be shutdown.

wow, overlooked that.
Mate, not to sound like a d1ck. But i got to 110 kg of lean muscle before i cycled. You can get more than 76kg's at 180cm. My training partner is 165cm and 80kg. All natural. You need to get your diet in check. Like i said post your diet.

Ok here it is, its not 100% correct but its pretty close, i think im down about 500cal on my daily intake tho.
0400- 5gm Creatine Mono with grape juice
Calories-15, Carb-4g
0430- 2 pieces wholemeal toast (no butter), 3 poached eggs,Dash of Tobasco 3 scoops of baked beans, cup of green tea.
Calories-672, Fat-24g, Carb-77.3, Protein-34.2g
0730- piece of fruit or 2 if im really hungry which i usually am by this time.

Man, if your trying to bulk? then 2700 cal WONT cut it, good luck building muscle with that, you need to be in a hypercaloric state, which means more calories consumed then you expend.
Your fat is good, but how much is saturated fat and how much mono and poly? Your carbs are decent, and so is your potien.... for a cutting diet. Sorry, not to sound mean, but my advice it to jack everything by two. so 100-150g of fat, 400 grams of carbs, and 400 grams of protein.
My bulking diet consists of 4000-5000 cal, 500g protein, 400grams carbs, 150grams fat.
No wonder your only 76kg. Man save the anavar for when you finish bulking, and use it to help conserve muscle whilst your cutting. Thats the only think i use it for.
Haha stevey, im 191cm and 110kg. But i need to be 120kg to move up to superheavy weight in MMA. I havnt weight myself for a few weeks, gonan do so before PCT. Im scared to weigh myself. haha. Was 106-7 before cycle. now 110 (checked 2 weeks back), all clean gains.
oh and stevey............... , that was harsh man, harsh... ill beat you one day ..... but hey at least i dont post whore *cough cough* stevey. lol .

Oh, work out your BMR and TDEE. Use online calculators to give you an average guess. They are usually like 30% +/- off your actual, but hey saves spending $1000 to get it done professionally.

hey man, before i was up 3:30, 4:00 for work. lol.
And whislt in thailand training MMA, i was up 5:00 every day, training for 8 hours. lol sleep by 6m, then up again. Day in day out for 6 weeks.

please add another 1000calories. Do it in the form of mainly protien, milk, etc. Milk will giver the carbs, and lactose is low GI too, about 40 or so. So its good. But wholewheat/meal breads are good too.
