cutting and bulking on the same cycle
anyone have any experience cutting then bulking (or vice versa) on the same cycle?

It just doesnt work well, choose one then do pct then take some time off.

Imo hit a bulking cycle, then after your pct wait a while once your hormones have stabilized and hit some clen or an eca stack with a good diet and you will be good to go.

if I were to loose a quick 10 lbs before a test and dbol cycle would it likely come right back as fat when i start bulking?

If its your first cycle then try this for sure, http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...hlight=priming you will get your diet in check and create a good environment for muscle growth. Plus it may help you drop a little bf. You may want to reconsider starting your cycle, and plan on starting once you get down to 15% bf. If you gain to much fat on cycle and cycle with high bf then it can lead to an increase in estro sides on cycle.
I would just make a really nice diet, and run some clen or eca for a while till you get to 15% honestly.

also pct should consist of this
Day 1-18: Clomid @ 100 mgs
Day 1-18: Nolva @ 40 mgs
Day 18-36: Clomid @ 50 mgs
Day 18-36: Nolva @ 20 mgs

while you bulk, you can still do 2-3 days of good cardio and help keep fat down. test WILL have water retention, but i found that by doing cardio regularly it helps cut it out, also do eat foods high in sodium and that will help with it too.
