    Caught by Customs have Question.

My HCg got caught my customs and I dont plan on sending the letter back so they can just destroy it. But my question is does customs put your name or address on a black list or something. Has anyone else ordered something after customs has caught you???

red flag is BS,, and yes i have
they may enter your info in the system which i highly doubt but still theres no way to search for your addy on the next time around. Its not like they take each package, search the system for the address and see if that address has been stopped before.

Are you saying in this day and age the us gov is not capable of tracking suspected individuals that are importing illigal controlled substances? I really doubt that .

Its not like you can make a bomb with HCG ,
But they could if they wanted to but realistically it would cost more then its worth to track someone who wanted an hcg package

Im not saying thats not the case but they most definatly could if they wanted too and you are not really sure what they will decide to monitor.

I would bet that they do keep track (im sure its as simple as info in the computer too) what do you think they just say the hell with it it will be too much trouble? Nope if they seized it they might not show up at you house but dont think they are just going to forget about it. THEY think its a big deal and will bust you if they catch you doing it guys tend to blow that off on these boards and I think thats ignorant thinking.

They might just seize it flag the addy and then monitor incoming shipments to see if you are getting a large volume and decide to do a controled del. I mean guys they bust people all the time shipping shit like that if they ever decide they want to start to bust gear heads again they will.

i always get my hcg from india and so do my friends and we've never had any problem.

i am surprised that they'd stoop so low as to take that !!?!! i thought federal law permits importation of 90 days of personal use drugs, as long as they are not controlled substances.

    sheesh!

The letter says it was 'prohibited" not illegal. And they sent a letter saying beware of international medicines they could be dangerous.

It's a warning letter. I got the same thing in Australia but they seized my item unless I could provide perscription basis for it.

its called a computer! ffs how do u think bulk of mail gets sorted, they do have letter recognition software, if its unable to b read it spits out the side and is sorted manually. when red flag its mainly if you get another sus package they'll open and test it, and more likely to get in shit the more shit that gets caught

Yes they are capable but they don't do it on one guy with a bottle of HCg .. they spend their time money and technology on cocaine importation and illegal prostitute and immigrant control

Look, I agree my only point is it would be absolutely NO trouble for them or not any significant cost to them to flag someone. If you choose not to believe this then I dont know what to say.
I meen its the ONLY reason that they exist for christ sake.
