    Question Hey,Duncan from old UG board sent me

    Hey I'm looking for advice and do's and don'ts. var or winny that's as fancy as I want to get. I'm getting results now and doing well but it's old . I was recommended by duncan from old ug board.

I'm sure they're legit. I'm just going threw the painstaking task of well you know by know and I won't say again, happy?     Sorry guys, read some threads and rules and yes I feel like an idiot. Impatience is a recipe for disaster. I didn't give the site any respect and deserved what I got so thanks admin for being real and patient you must get alot of people like me but hey I'm only human. ok enough crying, must be the estrogen lol. Even if I never cycle again this was a quick learning exp. I'll stay around thow the humer is worth it. Halfway threw a low dose winny 30 dayer. As I said before they were in my draw for awhile but I wasn't gonna throw them away. So I said fu#$ it and went for it. Definately getting something out of it but having a hard time losing weight. Yeah I have a few beers here and there but I'm eating like a bird and working out 8 out of 10 days. four on one off. The last time I did winny I was 24 and at the end I was 198 now I'm 30 and 255 but 6' one so I hold the weight pretty well looks wise but would love to lose 15 or 20lbs.

    No one called you an ass? It just gets old bro... Think about it... We are nearing the end of winter. A lot of spring breaker party goers want the best bodies. So where do they come here. And then it is where can i buy this and where can i get that... It gets old. Plain and simple. It isn't being an ass. it is looking out for you. We don't want you to be scammed.
