just started my cycle of test e and eq

for the first 2 weeks i was told to take 1 and a half ccs of test e then bring in the eq at the same dosage. ive injected into my delt before but was told to do it in the quad and the day after injection couldnt walk for almost a week. dont no if i came close to a nerve but would like some suggestions on where to shoot. or if i just did it wrong in the quad?
