questions about first cycle
Age 20 5'6 130 lbs
Have been lifting for about 8 months
My goal is to reach 160 lbs, at least 20-25 of which I hope to be muscle over 6-8 months tops.
13 week cycle of;
Deca 300
Test 400 ( 200 enanthate , 100 propionate , 100 cypionate )
Which is all I have access to.
I ran deca 300 by itself for 2 weeks (2nd injection made last wed)
Going to make my first injection of deca/test this wed
My last 2 injections will be 400 mg of the test by itself which has a life of 18 days? So I should start PCT maybe 2 weeks after my last injection?
Going to run Nolva 40,40,20,20 and clomid 50,50,25,25 for 4-5 weeks.
Should I have nolva on hand in case I start showing signs of gyno even at such low doses?
As for my diet I'm taking in 4-5000 calories a day on average... eating healthy balanced meals every 3 hours or so... Using n.o. explode pre-workout and amplified wheybolic extreme 60 post workout, I also have a serving of Mass XXX every day, along with multi vitamins, fish oil caps and milk thistle throughout the day w/ meals.
Anything else I should be doing besides shredding some serious muscle to reach my goals?

^^^^^You need to have more experience in training and have your diet dialed in, or AAS will not give you the gains you expect. Invest in 2-3 years of serious weight training and experiment with your diet to determine what's best for you. Research on that now before you research AAS.
And, you are too young.

130 lbs, taking steroids , another persone who never been to the gym and thinks steroids are a magical pill,
*STEROIDS AREN'T MAGICALY DELICIOUS*....
too young, end of story / not enough experience neither.

Dude, I'm 5' 6", and i weighed 130 lbs when I was 19, which is when I started lifting. I've been lifting for 2 years and about 2months. I just started my first cycle around october, and I felt like I was doing it to soon. I weighed around 145lb when I started, around 10-12% body fat starting.
You definitely need more time to refine your workout. I had friends start much earlier than me, and they mostly gained fat. Not to mention you don't need to do that much test, no offense(I've been there) your a light weight like everybody else says. You'll hurt yourself, **** I did a couple weeks ago and it messed with my workout for 2 weeks. you don't need to be doing deca on your first cycle, and you don't need to be using 400mg of test on your first cycle. 200 is all you need, you'll feel the effects (you'll be horny as a jack rabbit). you won't benefit from doing 400, if anything it will hurt you in the long run. hopefully no one in your family has heart problems. oh and invest in scar medicine if you don't want the stretch marks, but some guys where em with pride, hopefully they'll be stretch marks from muscle, and not fat lol. I'm not sure if i can believe your eatin 3000 to 4000 calories.
