Low calorie diet on sustanon; is this bad?

Just thought I would make this as simple of a question as possible. If I do 500mgs a week of sustanon250 for 10 weeks, and I utilize low calorie diet, will this have negative consequences? I guess I should also add that I want to maintain my weight, but also increase strength. I am 6'4 220. I just want to make sure that I am not hurting my body.

firstly i would have to ask what kind a colorie deficit are we talking here?

also, it may be in your best interest to post your current diet, as well as the diet you are considering while on cycle in the diet forum, and have the experts critique it for you.

Also, just out of curiosity, why sustanon ? IMO there are much better choices out there for a cycle with your goals in mind. As you might guess, im not a fan of sustanon personally.

Just to maintain my weight now with my workout load I need around 3500 cals a day, broken down to 40% protein, 40% carb, 20% fat. I was wondering what would happen if I just continue on this diet. Right now the only suppliments I'm on is a whey protein shake twice a day to obtain the correct balance. I also run before each workout for about 40-60 min (then weight train for 1-2 hours after). I want to increase the running to shed extra body fat. My main concern is not damaging my body with such a low calorie intake on AAs. Is this possible, it sounds like both of you don't seem to think it should be a problem. My diet is clean, oatmeal, rice, chicken, fish are the staples, and once and awhile I drink and eat out (but I have little money to do this right now). So I know that my diet is better than most beginners on this board. I just want to be safe before I start.

I'm not sure about the low calorie whilst cycling because I'm new to steroids , the other day I posted a thread about sust because I'm considering using it.

The thing I'd say change is running before weight training isn't too good. However running afterwards is great it'll really help shed the fat. Also I think ur doing weights too long 2hours is a long time to weight lift. Maybe your overtraining. Post up your workout routine and that could be improved by the guys on here they tweaked mine brilliantly.

if your concern is whether a low calorie diet while on steroids is more detrimental to your health when being compared to a high calorie diet on steroids...the

simple answer is no.you will be primed to hold onto your lbm, and most likely will see some strength gain as well.

low calorie should not cause any issues, just keep protein intake up and make your reductions from carbs and fats.

    good luck

also, i would highly sugest you try and serperate your cardio and weight training by at

least 8 hours, you could do your run early morning(i prefer fasted before breakfast) and train in the afternoon...it would be much more beneficial(TEE - thermic

effect of exercise). Also i agree that 1.5-2 hours on the weights is too long. Ideally 45min-01hour is best, especially with your goals in mind, keep intensity

high, and shorten rest time between sets to 1-1.5min.
