Hi im only new to this , ive been train for about 3 years , im 22, 5.8 and 75kg.....
The last few months ive go a bit lazy and lost muscle and put on fat, thinkin of doin a course in a while , gonna get my weight down first tho!!
Wat could i take that would give me lean muscle and get me ripped.
Is there any that has very low side effects? And do all steroids give u acne ?. Any info would be great as i am new to this...

monday-- chest and triceps
tuesday-- legs
wednesday-- cardio
thursday-- shoulders
friday-- biceps and back
