Advice advice advice
Hi im only new to this , ive been train for about 3 years , im 22, 5.8 and 75kg.....
The last few months ive go a bit lazy and lost muscle and put on fat, thinkin of doin a course in a while , gonna get my weight down first tho!!
Wat could i take that would give me lean muscle and get me ripped.
Is there any that has very low side effects? And do all steroids give u acne ?. Any info would be great as i am new to this...
Here is my weeks workout aswell
monday-- chest and triceps
tuesday-- legs
wednesday-- cardio
thursday-- shoulders
friday-- biceps and back

Chicken, Tuna, lean beef, vegetables and working out with a good routine for 3 years 4-5x a week.
If you want to gain lean muscle 1.5 - 2 grams of Protein x your body weight.
NO AAS until you are 25 and you are in the best shape you can get in naturally. Read all the horror stories listed. Low libido, Deca dick, liver problems, Early HRT, heart palpitations and many more.
I know you thought this was a Steroid site. It's NOT a steroid supply or promotional site. It's an educational forum for people who are ready and people with experience to share knowledge.

Thanks bro... So should I not try anything at all? Any advice on lowering my body fat and lifting heavier in the gym? Cheers

You need to go over to the diet section and sort your diet out, forget about steroids at your age, you have enough natural testosterone to make really great gains,your hormonal system is still developing so by shutting it down with steroids you could cause yourself some unpleasant sides what you don't want to be having at your age.
