    Thinking of doing a clen/t3/Prop/winni

    Thinking of doing a clen /t3/Prop/winni cycle for about 6-8 weeks
    I'm 286lb 6'3 and about 20% bf I need to be at 235lb in about 3months no more it's very important for a job

    I'm eating right and I'll be doing 45 min cardio in the morning and doing high intensity weight circuits 4 days a week and also will be running a mile as fast as possible in the evenings or playing basketball for about 30 min

    any good thoughts on this cycle and if it will help me reach my goal in three months or not

    bodyfat is well to high to be cycling any kind of steroid i would stick to a good diet and good training get some good rest maybe even just try the clen see how you get on i would not be jamming all different steroids into myself with a 20% body fat a good clean diet and training like i said maybe a some clen may do the job i can certify you it will do a better job then the whole cycle on its own good luck bro!

    Why would it not be worth it o cycle wouldn't the cycle help me loose the fat at the same time as gain a little muscle??

    side effects are multiplied when body fat is too high.... most say you should be 15% at least to start cycling... My buddy started a cycle with bf that was far too high and it only made things worse for him..... but then again my buddy is a moron.

    20% is a high estimate iv been an athlete my whole life was a defensive linemen in college so I have alot of muscle on me from all the years of power cleans and stuff but in the last year or so iv gained a little weight and I need to loose it fast

    and why would u doubt I'm at 20% bf??

    What sort of sides get worst

    linemen usually are higher than 20% and yes your going to be strong at 286...atleast i would hope so...post a picture
