Mixing winny
If you have winny (water based), you should shake it before drawing it out. When you shake it though air bubble are getting mixed into the winny/water. These little air bubbles can affect the doseage.
Any thoughts on this?

How can air bubbles effect the dose? not understanding that one but once in the syringe tap the bubbles to the top and release them.

^^^it won't affect the dose. It will just add air between the substance. The needle won't draw the air. When you draw it it will come out to very, very close to the exact dose. Obviously with it being water base, you run into the settling factor, but it should still run at the same dose even after shaking it. Only dose that may be off will be all of them by micro-fractions and the last will pick up all the slack from those and be a bit over.

Kind of like the same thing that happens with a protein shake, add powder, milk and shake and it increases the volume b/9 of the air. I was just thinking when I drew out 2 cc, then shook the syringe and it showed ~2.5 cc's. Just thinking shaking the vial would create the same effect, which would make drawing it off slightly off with the dosing.

If you are shaking something and its reading more, thats because the air is creating pressure that is pushing the back of the plunger ut the back side. The vial is glass and has no room for expansion. Yes it may add a bit of volume, but it will not add or decrease the dosage by more than a couple mg's.
No worries,
