First Cycle Advice
I'm in my first cycle with deca . I do a lot of cardio work which I enjoy and want to keep doing - playing football etc. I'm not looking to bulk up a to much but want to make the most of what I'm doing - any suggestions.

I'm 31 years old. I exercise about 5 times a week. Monday about 1/2 hour cardio followed by about 45 minutes weights. Wed - half hour football followed by weights. Friday 1 hour football. Saturday 2 hours v light cardio (im in a martial arts class) followed by weights. I've been told that I'm a hard gainer - I've been doing weights for about a year and a half - I'm not aiming to be massive but i want to be well defined with a bit of bulk.

6ft - 14st i'm eating regularly throughout the day. Got protein shakes. I'm on an eight week cycle. I'm definately a hard gainer although this may be partly due to the amount of cardio i do. I want to see an overall gain in muscle with emphasis on my chest. I'm kind of worried about bulking up to much. Respect any recommendations on training and food. Thank you.

I gained 18 pounds in 7 weeks on deca only dude...I have NEVER been able to put on a pound before this. It cut me up- added bulk- and added those pounds. Go look for my thread that says "another picture please critique" and see.

I've seen your pics UltimateFighter and you r looking good man. What was your diet like before and during the cycle? Any major changes - more protein, more carbs?

bro...i have to disagree with ultimate fighter...some people do a deca only cycle but it is not advised because of deca dick..there are plenty other cycle's that i would advise for someone in his 30's...and IMO..deca dick will hit him harder since he is in his 30's..his test levels are already slowing down..why not throw test in a cycle....just a thought bro....Madmax..

no problem with my dick, if anything im as horny as a jack rabbit on bunny bondage day. plenty of exercise and lots of practice has kept the old guy alive and functioning. what's deca dick anyway - something to look forward to. i hope your going to say that it doubles the size of my cock over night!
