    1.) They gave me a bottle of Winn-50 is 1 pill a day safe?

    Not sure Bodyfat but im average. consistant workout for about 8 months.

    They is one of my friends. I've did some research on it actually but alot of it is for the injected version not the oral. like I have read that if you take the injected version its more potent so you need to take testosterone . but other people say that with the oral version its not needed. I have also read it says to take 100mg a day which is 2 pills. im not looking to over do it thus why i said 1 a day. and im not looking to spend over $100 for testosterone pills. just want to get some info i had some trouble finding on the oral version is all.

    IE:

    -can I take the oral version of winn-50 by itself?
    -if i "NEED" to take test can i get one from GNC?


    I am looking to gain some lean muscle mass. not expecting instant effects lol. just results over time.
