    Off cycle and weight loss?

    Now that i've come off cycle, how much will the fat loss slow down?

    I've reduced calories a little bit from what they used to be whilst on cycle.

    Still running a clen /Ephedrine combo.

    I wouldnt reduce calories after the cycle in PCT,
    I also wouldnt run Ephedrine in PCT,
    You need to keep the calories up as when you was on cycle and if your concerned about fat loss attack this through cardio not through reduced calories otherwise you will lose muscle tissue.

    Thanks for the fast reply marcus.

    Well the thing is i'm doing 2 cardio sessions per day, minimum 5x per week. 45 mins AM empty stomach (actually I have a meal off 8 eggs before w/ 1 yolk), then 20 mins PWO cardio.

    Reason i'm dropping cals a little is because i'm getting tired of eating the same stuff over and over and over again. Just reducing my protein from 325 gm's or so to about 230-240 makes it a lot easier for my day to go by without having to cram eggs, tuna fish and chicken breast down my throat.

    I don't know, i've heard a lot of talk about the 1gm per 1lb of body weight rule and i'm thinking of reducing my protein a little cause of it. Carbs and fats stay the same.

    Like Ive said you should keep everything the same in PCT as when on cycle, dont reduce calories, dont use eph and attack bf via cardio but dont over do it.

    No ephedrine in PCT? Why is that?

    Oh, I also bought this fat burner called Arson, i've read some good reviews about it. Anyways are fat burners ok? I'll get a shit ton on energy anyways as this shit is packed with caffeine.

    ^^^^if its for the reason that i'm thinking besides heart issues, then when you stop taking ephendrine most people's metabolism's slow down. Some with drastic measures... So when you stop dieting like this the weight has a chance of coming back twice as heavy. Make sense? That may not be why marcus is recommending that you don't take ephedrine... I personally don't like it and i know its not good for the heart, but then again neither is aas... But i do know that it can slow the metabolism down in the long run

    For me the reason to keep everything the same during PCT is to maintain all you gained during the cycle. This is the worst time to cut cals and change things up as your body will already be struggling to keep it together with the hormonal changes. Keep it the same and I would not use the ECA or any fat burners...Finish the PCT give it a couple weeks (even a month) after then change up.
