    i wouldnt go radonmly with the test. you want to keep blood levels constant. if you want to do 500 mgs a week then do that. if you wana do 1000 mgs a week then do that. dont mix it up. some people get alot of sides past 500 mgs a week. if you dont then up it. just gota bit the bullet and see what happens if you wana go down that road.

    bro you need to see how your progress is with 500mgs...keep a close eye or log ...your nutrition should be on the money aswell as your training...you want to keep blood levels consistent so going up and down like might not be the best...
