ok moto, is this better? - how bout so is your (op's) original question... kinda vague ? how bout stats ?

and cutting is easy ... diet diet diet

get diet straight - (not a ballanced diet for maintaining body fat/weight ) find a cutting diet you like (again hit search and type in cutting diet) and then read a lot- then apply what you have learned...

lol... dont be afraid to respond - mistakes happen.

ya - the drinking might help... of coarse!!

see that is the point, diet is what you consume... every thing... that would be like saying "wow, cant get below 10% should i cut out soda?"

    come on...

    any ways post your stats-
    age
    weight
    goals
body fat as close as you can estimate
    years lifting/working out

Diet and cardio. If you can't get your diet working right you won't ever trim up.
