Sustanon 250 and D-bol !!
Im 19 6'1 and 183
i have never done any AAS before, and i wanted to do my first cycle soon, i want to stack Sustnon 250 and D-bol together!!!
how much should i take and for how long ?
what else would i need other then Clomid for PCT ?

would it be harmful for me if i took that cycle ?
and if im too young to get in to AAS, is the any pro-hormone or anything that i can take that will help me grow ?
( other the food, protein, creatine, and gluta ? )

No i have not really gone deep into other products other then AAS, and everyone tells me i should wait.. im too young.. honestly i understand why i should wait, im willing to wait but i want to get bigger.. is there anything else i can take ?
i was just wondering is he negatives side effects is too much on my body, that is not worth me taking it ?!
wanted to see some ppl that have taken at a young and what really happen to them !!

okay AAS are bad for me cause im too young, and pro-hormones are even worse ?
is there anything left that i can take ?

goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)
Lets start here.
And please be specific on the diet questions. Include the weight of the food, and macros if you have them.

thanks for all the help... well i decided to stay away from AAS and Pro-hormone for at least a coupleof years.. i want to try the natural way first..
i need some help with my diet now.. if anyone has more knowledge then i please help me out!!!

i eat 3 times a day
been lifting for 2 years
never done any pro-hormone nor AAS
i want to get bigger...
at the moment i take ;
protein
creatine
vitamin
glutamine
NO vapor _
i want to star taking Bcaas
ZMA
And maybe fish oil
for my age and height and weight, how much should i be taking of each supplement ?
and how much should i be eating ?
is it too much supplements ?

Why dont you show me what you eat everyday?
Break it down like this.
Meal 1
80Gs of Oats
4oz of fresh fruit
8 egg whites
Meal 2
PWO shake
8oz of tuna
etc...
Please try to include the weight of the food, of at least a close, accurate estimate.
