l am currently on my first cycle of sust
lm starting to notice my muscles feel ripped before l do what l normaly did before cycle.
Is it normal on cycle to feel shredded quicker?

if it is normal should l just push through the pain and keep going "what lve been doing"
or should l stop when it gets that full shredded feeling, so not to overtrain
