Which sticky is right??????

In the PCT area in a sticky a vet said you can run Adex with Tamox durring a cycle. He said they complament each other. Do they? I have heard they hinder each other. I have the start of gyno and there are stickys on here that say use Tamox on the other sticky said Adex. Can I run both? .25 Adex ED and nova 10 or 20 a day? I am running Tamox at 40 a day for a week with Adex at .25 ED for a week. I was going to drop the nova to 10 or 20 a day after the week is up and keep the Adex at .25 ED. I had a simular thread but since Im asking about using both I fig just start a new thread.

That Pheedno sticky you're referring to is like 8 years old. Adex is shitty for PCT. If you want to use an AI, use Aromasin . It is short acting, boosts IGF-1, easy on libido and joints, doesn't hurt your lipids, and can't cause a rebound effect.

Im just try to do whats best to stop my gyno from getting any worse. Its the size of a pea right now. Just so many opinions on Adex or Tamox. Can I use both?

Are you sure you didnt have that little pea there before u started your cycle.
When I did my first cycle I thought I was getting gyno but it was all in my brain

Not sure. Never rubbed my nipple before. I feel cottage cheese / cartalage behind my nipples. Left nipple has the ball in it. I was fat and lost a lot of weight in the past. If it is gyno I think its early so I want to run whats best. I used Adex with Tamox yesterday and today. Would that screw with my estrogen now and have some sort of rebound? Also Im guessing you shouldnt use both?

If your early in your cycle then I would run adex along with nolva. At least the adex will eventually slow down the estro production while the nolva keeps it from making your gyno worse. Mabe you can level out your estro after a couple weeks of this.

I'm guessing your cycle ended? Read the PCT info. Adex on, Tamox and/or Clomid PCT

Current recommendations would be .25 adex EOD while on and then follow Swiftos PCT listed in the stickies

No ther opinions of use of both? Ones says Adex other says Tamox. I think Tamox lessens the effects of Adex. But both will still work.

By around 30%. You can do it on cycle, but it isn't ideal. Just start the Adex right now and you likely won't have any gyno issues.

What do you think run it at? Thinking run Tamox till the end of the week. I started both yesterday. After the week I will just run Adex. .5 a day too much? I think 1g a day is the max limit.

Adter thinking about it. If I use Adex the rest of my cycle how long will I have estrogen rebound? Cause I will have to use tamox to block that when that time comes. Also they should change the stickys from Adex to Aeromasin. It dose seem to look like the better choice.

If you meant 1mg, then yeah. 1mg will almost always be overkill.
Remember though that Adex can't eliminate all estrogen (like Letro can) because it only binds type II aromatase enzymes.

This is standard and what we are advising you to do. The rebound thing is only a concern when Adex is used in PCT (or suddenly discontinued on cycle).

40 is a waste. 20mg is about all your body can use.

I took .25 Monday the .5 Tue of Adex and Nova 40 Monday and 40 Tuesday. My blood pressure dropped from 118/68 to 103/51. I think the adex did it. Any thoughts? Is this bad?
