Here is the breakdown for the promocodes for Round 2:

If an upset occurs between teams with a smaller difference in ranking (between 1-4) = 10% off promocode
If an upset occurs between teams with a average difference in ranking (between 5-8) = 20% off promocode
If an upset occurs between teams with a larger difference in ranking (between 9-10) = 30% off promocode

Does the Loyalty program still get used, or only the larger of the discounts?
