To be a monster ...
To become a really big monster, is really necessary to do a full year cycle at least ? If so, what cycle will give the best results without f* your body ? I don't want to be a skinny anymore ...
My current stats is :
31 y old
220 pounds
+/- 10% bf
5'11
18 1/2 biceps
Nutrition and training is not a problem, i love training and eat like a pig ... I am talking serious fellows, i really need to grow. I expect opinions, please.

220's not skinny bro. To be a monster takes time. If it didn't there would be 1000's of little Ronnie Colemans running around. 1 year of gear use will do nothing but make your liver fall out. I know there are a lot of bro's on extended cycles but those guys have been cycling for years.

So, what can i do bro ? Maybe i have some psychological disturb hehe, but i don´t see me like a big guy. I need to reach 250 ... 20 inches, at least. But, i don't know the exact way to go there ... What can i do to reach that measures bro ? Thanks.

ya, some history would help a lot. how long have you been training, and any cycles under your belt. the more information you give, the more you will get.

I did some cycles. Deca + hemogenin, Dianabol + Deca, Durateston + hemo ... (i did winstrol ,and winstrol sucks-i think) and some more. But at that time, i was not wanting to be huge, i did only to gain some size. But now is different, i am selling suplements, training some people ... i think some addicional size will help me with my business, because at this sport, if you are big, people tend to hear and believe in you ...
I post this message asking for cycles, but any advise about nutrition, training is welcome. I really need some help guys.

I forgott to mention, i made use of insulin (humalog)with last cycle - durateston/hemogenin. 10 UI after training ... i began using 15UI, but the hipo was high, then i came back to 10UI.
I know i have some size, but i need more...

d-bol 40-50mg/ed for week 1-5
Test enathate/ or cypionate 600mg/week for week 1-12
Deca 400mg-600mg/week for week 1-10
nolva and clomid(you know the drill)
Oh, and I think you can add tren at the end if you want
Thats my 2cc big G
That should probly get you were you want(that 30lbs extra)
eat large and train like an animal

Which of those drugs did you respond good to, and what doses were you running them at? What kind of gains did you get from your previous cycles.

I wouldn't think you'd need slin this early into your cycling career- but i do think it can be used safely if you know what you are doing.

Shitty ones - winny, primo, cypionate (gyno very quickly), var.
Some example of a good cycle to me :
Deca - 300mg / week (6 weeks)
Hemogenin - 2 / day (5 last weeks)
With this i have NO gyno, no High BP, some water retention and gain some size that lasts ... although my nutrition at this time was very weak, i gained 1 1/2 legs and 1 inch arms.

there is no need to go more than once a day unless your an experienced slin user. Once a day, post workout should be fine.

I can get very easy nandrolone phenylpropionate ... How can i use this instead of deca ? Or deca is better ?
