    bonavar oxndarlon

    hey every body
    i decided to use( bonavar 20 mg per day +350 mlg primo per week for two weeks) then switch between bonvar with 160mcg clen for 2 weeks
    how can i take bonvar
    should i take 20 mg once or take 5 mg every 3 hours
    i have bonvar 2.5 mlg oxandrlon from body research plzzz
