still sticking with cycle we discussed earlier but been told to add 40 mg of dbol for the first 4 weeks to kick start the cycle does that mean i need to take 8 a day if so do i spread them out and how many when? or take them all at once? thanks

Well, if they are only 5mgs each, and you want 40mgs, yes, thats 8 a day. Spread them out throughout the day.
