Have you ever tried using insulin to induce the ketosis for the diet?

I've done a good few shots of slin already since last night. I feel that I'm in ketosis already because I can feel some of the symptoms: shaky hands; bad breath; acidosis. I'm also running T3 and Fina with this diet. I'll be adding prop tomorrow.

It's a diet developed by late Dan Duchaine. It's a modified version of atkins' diet, except that you are expected to incorprate with a given training system. You should get Dan's book. It's a great collection.
