So, this is my second cycle, and both times within (i'm fairly certain) the first week or two of winny at the end of my test cycle i've pulled a muscle (first the hip flexor, and now the quad) while squatting. Basically both times it's just "popped" at the bottom. i've noticed in my chest that it feels "drier" and also feels like it gets much tighter and dense i guess when if i'm warming up with some arm hugs and what not.... so i'm assuming that's what may contribute to the injuries to the quad as well.

I squatted 500 last week for a new PR, today was 425 for 4's and It popped on the 2nd set. This was the heaviest i've gone for reps since I hurt it the last time on cycle... i mean obviously the weight had something to do with it, but i was just wondering if winny has ever done this to any of you?
