B-12, where do you guys buy the B-12, OR b-complex than you shoot? im almost positive you can buy over the counter at CVS or WALGREEN? ( could be wrong ) is this stuff safe/steril?

you can google "injectable b-12 for sale" & u can by a 30ml vial for like 15 bucks. or i believe AR-R sells it as well.

from my understand, people discussions, & experience is that vitamin b-12 pills like 1000mgs are really not that potent. You ingest B-12 at 1000mgs per pill & your body absorbs only 200mgs or so.

There is nothing like the injectable if you want a good wake me up "pick-up" & good red blood cells to help add muscle growth.. To the original poster, go w/ the injectable at 1ml/week or 2ml/ week 2 times a week. You feel a diiference

You can buy it online only I think. Its not illigal. But I haven't known anyone to carry it. I did take a 1000mg delt shot 2 week ago. I'm doin anuther this week. Subligual is ok, but I could feel a shot much beter. I've been having energy drinks the last few days and I don't likem. Hell walgreens 5hr is like 2.50pc at one or two a day... I'd rater have a shot.

I think what lifterjaydawg was saying was that arr's b12 is usp grade where as the veterinary grade stuff isn't necessarily good enough for human use. It's good enough for animal use.

I like b12 for on cycle and pct. But I know people who take it year round.

what would make Vet grade any lesser, hell they shoot it into horses that people value higher than me lol, i think its BS unless you are buying SHADY looking stuff.

just like VET and Human Grade Steroids ....99% of the time not an issue

I going to be running it 1000mcg once per week with my next cycle just becuase.

Can be taken whenever, on, off, year round, etc...

Ive used it and anything less than 1000mcg wasnt even worth it really.

Yes, a lot of people use vet grade and are fine.
