I'm a 21 y/o male and got some bloodwork done



Testosterone , Free and Total, Lc/MS/MS
Range: 250-1100
Mine: 286


FSH
Range: 1.6-8.0 mIU/ml
Mine: 1.0


LH
Range: 1.5-9.3 Miu/ml
Mine: 7.6


Estradiol
Range: 13-54 pg/ml
Mine: 41


For the last 3 years I have been very depressed, lethargic
For the last 2 years I have had almost no morning wood, havnet had sex in almost 2 years, and have little desire.

In addition my diet has been twice as good but much slower gains than a few years ago. With all these symptoms I decided to get this test done, so my doc is going to give me Test Cyp EW @100mg for 4 weeks and see how I respond.

Anyways, I wouldnt say I was depressed but I was unhappy with how life is in general. Almost like Im just working every day til the day I die and having a few fun days here and there.
I was waking up 10+ times a night just enough to know I had woken up but fall right back asleep. Id wake up and feel so tired going to work.
I also have had this issue with my head for the past 7 years that MRIs and CTscans couldnt figure out.

After going on test everything has turned around. I sleep pretty damn good compared to before. I wake up with pretty good energy. Im not as negative about life anymore but instead of thinking how work sucks Im trying to figure out to do something Id love to do everyday instead of sit at a desk.

And the issue in my head is 90% gone, Im curious to see if it comes back when I come off and start my PCT

Good to hear youre doing better. Ill post an update in a couple weeks once the cyp has fully kicked in.

A guy I know just emailed me today, he is 36 and his test was low so the doc is giving him 400mg of Cyp every 3 weeks

I asked if the doc said why he doesnt split it up and is only doing one pin every 3 weeks but he said the doc didnt say shit to him about it.

Im curious to why the doc is doing it this way

That sounds like a bad idea to me. Too much fluctuation. Ive read that Once a week is ideal for cyp and a double dose every two weeks is acceptable if you cant do it every week, but 3 weeks soudns like the ester will be completely broken down before he gets another pin.

I would tell your buddy that he needs to talk to his doc about more frequent injection
most dr. arent really that educated when it comes to trt Ive seen this brought up numerous times on the forum once a week injections will def. be better for him every three weeks will posssible be a roller coaster ride

why your doc gave you test? i mean he expects your own test to come back after these injections?

mines low like that and im 19. if its low normal then theres nothing you can do, just genetics.

No hes giving me TRT to see if it helps with my problems that im experiencing. If it really helps Ill likely stay on it. If it doesnt then we'll tackle the problem from another angle.

My doctor is cool and understand that 286 out of 250-1100 is not acceptable, so in my case there is something i can do: injected testosterone into my ass.
