    Cycle Critique Please

Well glad I posted my cycle question about my adderall before really got me thinking tren e is a really hard substance as everyone stated many times over on this site and even though I ran it before I would really rather not risk it the side effects. My question is if I would run a test e only for 12 weeks rather than 10. And pct with the Nolva I have 40/20/20 would this be better/less abrasive on my body.

Here was the original cycle that isnt happening anymore.
    Test E: Once a week for weeks 1-10 300mg
    Tren E: 3 times a week for weeks 2-9 150mg
Nolva: 20 mg everyday for weeks 10-12

    Revised Cycle
Should I up the dosage of test? Say
    Test E weeks 1-12 350mg a week pinning 2x week
Nolva starting 14 days after last pin 40/20/20

    Stats
    Age: 20 almost 21
    Height: 5' 11''
    Weight: 198lbs
    Body Fat % about 12

Yes, we have established I am young and I am aware of the sides/risks involved. I am hoping only running a basic cycle is better than running something more novice. I have done 4 cycles all amateur inexperienced dosages. I ran Deca , Test E, Tren E, and Dbol before in different combos not all at the same time none of the cycles lasted more than 10 weeks and none shorter than 6. All at about half the normal recommended dosages. I kept almost all of gains made except some of my deca ones (I assume was water weight). Only sides experienced was roid rage , back acne. PCT was consistently clomid/nolva. Time off was = time on + a few weeks. Again I know of the consequences of aas growth plate fusion, ed, etc. I have an appointment with the endocrinologist to monitor and get blood work. Also I have taken the suggestions and set up a steady lean mass diet plan taking an example from the diet section. I will use the diet for 4 weeks before starting any sort of cycle and continue throughout the cycle. Input would be greatly appreciated.

4 cycles already! What age did you start? How long are you waiting in between cycles?

No offense, but regardless of your age, your stats don't reflect four cycles.

At 5'11" you should've been able to get to 200lbs naturally.

If I were you I would start focusing less on drugs, and more on diet....

Just turned 19 probably not the greatest idea Ive had but cant change the past. My cycles were relatively short most of the time only test went 10 weeks everything else went 8 or 6.

I would have hit 200 naturally I guarantee but I was on a collegiate track team so I kept most of my weight off gaining only minimal amounts. Yeah 4 cycles should have put me way over that too. Im afraid its because I used such low dosages I saw little results the only real results I saw were the test/tren and that was 15 lbs which I kept. Starting off I weighed 160 and was still training for competition.

I'm not sure what you're bumping for.

No one here will condone AAS use at your age, regardless of your past use.

Besides, if you're looking to put on size, that's going to be quite difficult while running track.
