Dbol bloat
ive been on dbol for 3 weeks now and my weight has been going up (7lbs in 3wks) and ive been getting those nasty back pumps too so i know its real but i have no bloat at all. Seems every log i read in here the person gets bloated. Does anyone else not get bloated?

I have no personal experience with Dbol , but i can imagine that the bloat comes from all the water retention that comes with Dbol.

it seems like i gotta urinate every hour. i even get up in the middle of the night now to drink and urinate which is something ive never had to do before my cycle

how much water are you drinking a day?

2.5-3 liters per day.

your actually gonna wanna up that. maybe its a bladder problem. but nothing wrong with peeing frequently throughout the day. thats what you want

a LEAST a gallon a day. Drinking more water could also help with the bloating problem. If thats what your trying to cut down on then drink more water, eater cleaner. do adequate cardio.

And sorry about the bladder comment i didnt see were you previously stated that you didnt have this problem until you started taking the DBOL .

i dont think my diet is too bad but it can be better
5am - protein shake, 10mg dbol
630am- peanut butter toast or bagel with banana
930am- bowl of pasta with ground beef or a can of tuna with apple
12pm- 2 chicken breasts with potatoes or rice and 2 yogurts, 10mg dbol
3pm- piece of meat with bread and a protein shake
630pm- either chicken or steak with potatoes and veggies, 10mg dbol
8pm- gym
930pm- protein shake and chicken sandwich, 10mg dbol
each shake is 2 scoops of whey(400 cals, 40g carbs, 50g of protein)
i wish i could eat eggs but i cant stand them.

im also running test and deca . i initially was going to run 4-weeks of dbol and 10 of test e but the dbol i got was bunk so i had to get some new dbol wich took me 2 weeks and i also picked up some deca when i did that. now ive extended it to a 14 week cycle so i can run 10 weeks of deca and 2 weeks longer of test. overall on this cycle im up 13lbs at 5 weeks

ouch sorry to hear about the bunk dbol. I am up about 10lbs so far after almost 3 weeks but look leaner believe it or not. I definitely didnt get leaner on test only but that is because i drastically upped my cals on that one. This time around, I only upped them a little because they were already high (i worked up to it)
