    newby requiring info

    Hi All,

    I've been training free weights for over a year, kettle bells for 2 yrs and mma for over 3 yrs on and off.

    I've just finished my first ever very basic cycle of test enth 250 which I ran for 8 weeks doing 1 jab of 250 mg and cycling off for 6 weeks,

    so now I wan't to know what the next logical step would be during my next cycle because I would like to increase the 5% strength\muscle
    and the increase of punching power I've experienced,

    So I've been told I should either do 2 jabs of 250mg a week or do 2 jabs of 500mg a week, could any of you guys advise what would be the best step to take and couls you advise

    What else would be the best to stack it with to encourage/promote extra loss of body fat and what would ve the best

    To prevent gyno from starting as I've been told cycles over 500 mg a week can cause gyno?

    So you have been told. You been told wrong... 2x a week of 500mgs... 1000mgs for a first cycle? thats a big different compared to 500mgs....

    Stick around you have a lot to learn.

    What are your stats?

    Well, technically it would be his second cycle, but still 1000mg test / week is a lot.

    Maybe cycling clen and an ECA stack during pct (or cycle) would help for fat loss. ..and run an AI during cycle to help against gyno.


    Do some research though.

    I'm 6ft tall and currently weight about 13 stone (approx 180 lbs), so you think I should go with

    The 500 mg a week as it will only be my second cycle ?

    so your doing 8 weeks then taking 6 weeks off no pct and then jumping back on again?.... uggg....got pct or even ever heard of it?that would be your next logical step but since your not being logical, why even bother taking a break if your not even going to attempt restarting your already shut down hpta system might as well just keep going......if you do please start reading about pct cus eventually your going to need to try to normalize yourself...

    Shit didnt notice you did 250mgs for 8 weeks.... that was a waste. what was your pct?

    if you did 250mg/wk x 8wks and no PCT. Hmmm....... You should get some blood work done to make sure you're back to normal before you start another cycle. You sound young. No use screwing yourself up for the rest of your life.

    Hi all,

    thanks for all the advise, i do know what a pct is but was told i shouldn't bother as i was only taking 250mg per week !!!!????

    Obviously the prick who sold me the gear hasn't a clue un-like you guys (i'm gona anaconda choke him on the matt next week now) any way back to why i came on here in the first place which was advise, since i haven't been doing a pct would my next step doing a course of pct (nolvadex ) to kick start my own indigenous test harmone production then starting a new cycle?

    oh by the way guys i'm 28 years old.

    yea, u pretty much did everything wrong. u should ALWAYS jab twice a week or every 4 days with test-E, if u don't have PCT, u basically wasted 8 weeks of ur time. my advice? DON'T TOUCH

    You might want to consider taking hcg or clomid for bring your testes back to par as far as size and testosterone production are concerned.

    First rule.. never take Cycle advice from your dealer. Ever. My dealer has been running winny alone for 3 months straight now and he was telling me to do the same shit. Yeah not gonna happen... lol
