advice for losing weight
I am 5'9 170 mainly fat.... I eat 5 times a day... try to go to the gym 5 times a week... cardio 45min work out for 30min
I take cla,calcium,multi viatamin, and fish oil.... drink gallon of water day... Is there any suggestion on any other pills i can take to help with my diet and anything i can change up?

You are doing something wrong if you are 170 and mainly fat. What do you do when you workout? If you workout 5 times a week and do not have muscle mass... there is something wrong with your diet. Do not take pills at this point. Visit the diet section to solve your problems.

^^^ x2. Trust me bro if you hav a look or post your own deit in the deit section you'll b amazed at the help you can get. You might think what your doing is right but u mite b wrong. A good deit changes everything...

how bout hit the oliptical skiing machine for an hour a day and eat more protein and less fat and carbs. that is a good start
